About Me
These are the guideline that navigates my path in my academic, social, and personal life:
- Your past is your power, your future is your hope, the present is when revolutions take place.
- Don’t ask what the world can do for you, but how you can make it a better, safer, smarter, and more equitable and just place.
- Excuses and mediocrity, are your worst enemies. There are always a million good reasons to give up but one excellent reason to strive for perfection.
- Find your dream, set goals, break them into tasks, and embed them in a sustainable schedule, and enjoy life at their best.
- Whatever your dreams may be, simply dream to change the world.
I draw my power from the past- my personal past, the past of my beloved ones, and the past of my people. I am proud to represent youths at risk and the social periphery in academia, hi-tech industry, and army. They don’t need anyone’s peaty or mercy, but only guidance, proper tools, models for success, and at least one adult who believes in them. I dedicate my life to fulfill this goal for as many youths as possible, for my genuine belief in them and their endless ability to succeed and lead society to a bright future.
But before all, I am a husband, a brother, and a son.
Being married to your best friend is the best thing that could happen. At the moment I’ve seen Michal at the dorms of the Technion I knew I am the luckiest guy on earth.
My parents were born in the Maabarot, the immigrant and refugee absorption camps, worked for a living since they were children, and couldn’t afford to gain a formal education. Letting them experience and accomplish through my own personal journey, makes me incredible pride and joy.
Since we are children we are being told that we should follow our own dreams. But living my parents’ dream of gaining formal education and serving my country as an officer in the Israeli army, being a role model for my younger siblings, and being a supportive partner for my dear wife, give me a sense of fulfillment that cannot be described by words. This is my true deepest dream.
